To start him and his staff are extremely responsive, they do a thorough job on the market analysis and he's very professional. He showed up for every showing, the home inspection and the appraisal, even have a broker's open house and hired a top of the line photographer to do not only the photos but videos and the 3D walkthrough of my house, just like builders do for their model homes. He was able to get my house sold within 2 hours of it going on the market. A few months after I relocated, he kept reaching out to see how I was adjusting to my new place.
